Cap and Trade

It appears my 1st District representative, Tim Walz, decided to drive another spike into his coffin. He voted for H.R. 2454, American Clean Energy and Security Act. Add that to the list of ways Mr. Walz intends to kill the American economy. Following are a few articles on the bill in general:
