I was out of contact for the past week, so I'm doing my best to catch up on the news:

As I've said to others before, being a Minnesota resident I'm a little leary of Tim Pawlenty.  He was a big proponent of ethanol and other "green" initiatives while our governor.  He made a hard right turn about 2 years ago when he knew he was going to be running as President, so I was not really buying that he was a true conservative.  But now you've got him going into Iowa and saying its time for ethanol to get phased out.  He's certainly talking the conservative talk.
