Recount Shenanigans

Why is it that ballots are always "found" in races where the Democrats are losing. It happened here in MN when Al Franken stole the Senate election in 2008. Now, I'm not being facetious when I say that, he really did steal it. I documented how here and here.

It appears that things are no different now in 2010. Missing ballots continue to be found for losing Democrats:
